The Reactive Specific Defects Survey is to identify the cause of an on going building defect, propose a solution, and give an estimate for the required work.

This survey is suitable for a client that wants to correctly identify, and remedy a building defect as economically as possible.

This survey can be adapted for landlord negligence, litigation, and insurance purposes if required.

The report will typically be arranged thus:

A sample report will be made available to the client to demonstrate the scope of the report. If the client is satisfied the scope of the report and fees will be agreed in writing before the inspection is carried out (£25 Call out then £40 per hour thereafter).

Typical written reactive survey report = £25 + £40+£40 = £105
Complex written Survey report (multiple defects) = £25 + £40+£40 +£40 = £145
