Paul Hynam BSc (Hons) is the managing director of Building Survey Doctor Ltd .

Paul’s experience includes domestic buildings, listed buildings, corporate office buildings, schools, leisure centres, churches, manufacturing facilities, green building design, and demolition.

Paul has a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology (First Class), and has worked within the construction industry for many years, his last role was as a corporate building surveyor working for a local authority. Paul’s previous experience includes working in architectural practice as a member of the design team where he specialised in health centres and sustainable building strategies.

Paul has also carried out work for BAE Systems as an architectural /civil designer, and is fully conversant with current building regulations and planning legislation.
